Here you will find all the information you need for a relaxing vacation in one of our apartments or in the chalet Jäger. We are looking forward to welcoming you soon.

When can we check in and until when do we have to check out?

Your accommodation will be available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 6:00 pm, please let us know.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am at the latest.

Is there a short-stay surcharge?

Depending on the individual agreement, we charge a short stay surcharge.

What are the cancellation terms at Apart Jäger?

It is not so rare that things turn out differently than you think and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely canceled. The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z 10 FAGG does not apply. Therefore the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.

For cancellations up to 3 months prior to arrival, we charge a processing fee of €20 per booked room/apartment.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the cost of the booking.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the cost of the booking.
In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the cost of the booking.
In case of non-arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the cost of the booking.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

Deposits paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

We would like to spare you these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. Therefore, as a precaution for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend you to insure yourself with the Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits).

What are the additional costs for a stay?

In the apartments and in the cottage:

Final cleaning: according to the offer
Visitor’s tax: € 2,60 per day & person (from the age of 15)
Dogs: Additional costs according to quotation and only with prior agreement

Is smoking allowed in Apart Jäger?

We ask for your understanding that smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments and in the cottage. You are welcome to use the garden, terrace and balcony.
